The project seeks to bring visitors a unique cultural and environmental experience with the peace of mind of having near-zero environmental impacts on the local environment. The project will also serve as a landmark project in bringing a sustainable model of environmental and cultural tourism replete with the positive economic and educational impacts it can have on the local population. The project will engage in extensive local hiring, job training and renewable technology transfer. The ultimate aim is to create a case study community project that delivers a one-of-a-kind experience while also employing the regional population, promoting energy independence and efficiency and preserving the local environment.
