The extremely small Project “footprint” will enable Dar Menara to keep much of the land surrounding the site “unspoiled” and the local biodiversity intact. Working with local associations, universities and non-profit organizations, the Project will promote outdoor activities including hiking, swimming, boating, fishing, farming, viniculture, hunting and horseback riding. Cultural events will include concerts, lectures, painting classes, guided tours and arts & crafts. The formation of “clubs” among the Project residents will be strongly encouraged. An extensive library will be available for all Project residents.
